What We Actually Do

HOC exists to find talent, prepare talent, and place talent into projects where their work is respected and paid.

Our work includes:

Talent sourcing & representation

We identify creatives and keep them on record for campaigns, projects, and collaborations. This includes casting databases, direct recommendations, and long-term relationships.

Campaign casting

We cast for brand campaigns, productions, and creative projects prioritising authenticity, fit, and context over trends.

Content creation

We produce original content with creatives including editorial, visual, and experimental work that builds portfolios and visibility in a meaningful way.

Brand partnerships

We connect creatives with brands when there is clear alignment, fair exchange, and creative respect. Not every brand is a fit, and not every project is accepted.

Creative direction support

We support creatives who need structure, clarity, or guidance when developing projects, pitches, or bodies of work.

HOC is selective. Being on our radar does not guarantee work, and we don’t promise instant opportunities. What we do offer is consideration, honesty, and long-term intent.
